Your Thoughts Please

Blog Week 22A

Your Thoughts Please

I realize this is not what this week’s lesson is about but felt it was something I should do.

I’m going to share some thoughts and feelings I’ve experienced during The Master Key Mastermind Experience over the course of the past few months and asking all those who read my blog to share something in turn you may have experienced in your comments. Of course this will not be all inclusive just a few things.

I found myself feeling calm at times when in the past I would have let certain things bother me.

I felt as though my blog post helped someone gain some insight.

I gained a deeper understanding of who I am

I found it easier to accomplish my daily requirements.

I found it encouraging to read someone else’s blog post and gain insight.

I had several break through weeks, including aha moments.

Although the course has been difficult at times it’s helped me grow and I am without a doubt on a journey of self discovery.

Thinking is the true business of life, Power is the result.

Blog Week 20

Thinking is the true business of life, Power is the result.

Those who recognize their power; those who know that unless we are willing to think we shall have to work, and the less we think the more we shall have to work, and the less we shall get for our work. Hannel

What a powerful thought, when we come to the understanding we have the power within us to achieve “Our heart’s desire” that through thought, inspiration, imagination and a perfect understanding of our relationship to the universal mind it is this power which will enable us to bring to us those things which are near and dear to our heart. Using certain skills learned in our Mastermind group, we have the power to draw those things to us with little or no effort.

The MKMMA experience.

Doors Opening

Great sit this morning!

Doors were opened, for quite some time I have wanted to do a front of the room presentation for the products our company represents but never have.

This morning as I began my meditative sit I was shown what the person I intend to be would do next. An outline for the presentation was offered up to me this morning during my sit. It was beautiful the way the outline unfolded as I watched through closed eyes yet I was able to see. Thoughts and words were given to me with no effort at all, just focusing on what I wanted for my life.

“As soon as we become conscious of the inexhaustible power in the world within,

we begin to draw on this power and apply and develop the greater possibilities

which this discernment has realized, because whatever we become conscious of, is

invariably manifested in the objective world, is brought forth into tangible

expression.”     Hannel

To your growth!

Part 2

Week 13 Blog

Part two

As I worked through it I felt sadness, anxious and nervous, my body trembled slightly, moments of crying as I processed the experience. I continued to sit, allowing myself to feel what I needed to experience, it was difficult I realized I had put a lot of distance between my brother and I, because of the actions of my brother,  the choices I made had created a feeling of loss and distance where we had always been very close as brothers.

I didn’t know him anymore, I wore an invisible shield to protect myself, I took on a controlling nature, thinking I was protecting myself, keeping things under control so I could maintain my comfort level.

Love cannot exist in this environment, The Law of Dual Thought.

The Master Key Master Mind Alliance experience is changing my life and creating growth for all in the program that apply themselves.

Just Thoughts

Week 10  Blog

The Master Key experience is an amazing journey, each week we are led through lessons that challenge our very self, who we have been, our old blueprint, each week moving forward as we are working on our new blueprint and becoming that new self.

Thought is an active vital form of dynamic energy which has the power to correlate with its object and bring it out of the invisible substance from which all things are created into the visible or objective world.

Constructive thought must necessarily be creative, but creative thought must be harmonious, and this eliminates all destructive or competitive thought. If your thought is in harmony with the creative Principle of Nature, it is in tune with the Infinite Mind.

This creative power depends upon our recognition of the potential power of spirit or mind and must not be confused with evolution. Creation is the calling into existence of that which does not exist in the objective world. Evolution is simply the unfolding of potentialities involved in things which already exist.

These thoughts are excerpts are from our Master Key training that spoke to me, my hope is they were thought provoking for you.

Just a Glimpse of Change

Week 9 Blog

This morning as I was focusing on our assignment which was to visualize a plant, we were instructed to take a flower seed and bring it from the unseen into the seen, by planting the seed, watering it, caring for it, place it where it will get sunlight, see the seed burst; it is now a living thing. See the roots grow and expand as they penetrate the earth in search of what’s needed to sustain the life of the plant. We are to visualize the process to completion, the stem bursts through the earth forming branches and flower buds that will soon begin to unfold and the fragrance from the flower will drift about as we complete our visualization exercise bringing our flower seed from the unseen into the seen.

As I completed the exercise and continued my meditation I experienced a burst of light before my eyes, my focus immediately moved to my DMP where I saw our home in the Philippines, as our home came into view I saw the front door, then the staircase leading to the second floor with the outside veranda where I meditate and have morning coffee with my breakfast. The next scene that flashed before my eyes was walking on our white sand beach, crystal clear water, palm trees gently swaying in the tropical breeze.

What amazed me was it seemed to be some form of linking related to repeating our exercises and hard work we have done these past 2 months. What a great feeling it is to see things coming together.

What is a Mental Diet

Week # 7

I’m sure the Journey I’m about to embark on will be one of the most challenging things I have ever done, it’s called “ The Seven Day Mental Diet” It consists not of changing the foods I consume but changing my mental diet, the input of only those things which will benefit my mental state of mind.

“The most important of all factors in my life is the mental diet on which I live. It is the food which I furnish to my mind that determines the whole character of my life. It is the thoughts I allow myself to think, the subjects I allow myself to dwell upon, which make me and my surroundings what they are. As thy days, so shall be thy strength be. Everything in life today – the state of our body, whether healthy or sick, the state of my fortune, whether prosperous or impoverished, the state of my home, whether happy or the reverse, the present condition of every phase of my life in fact – is entirely conditioned by the thoughts and feelings which I have entertained in the past, by the habitual tone of my past thinking.”

“And the condition of my life tomorrow, and the next week, and next year, will be entirely conditioned by the thoughts and feelings which I choose to entertain from now onwards.”

“In other words, I choose my life, that is to say, I choose all the conditions of my life, when I choose the thoughts upon which I allow my mind to dwell. Thought is the real causative force in life, there is no other. I cannot have one kind of mind and another kind of environment. This means that I cannot change my environment while leaving my mind unchanged, nor — and this is the supreme key to life and the reason for this pamphlet – can I change my mind without my environment changing too. “

“This then is the real key to life: If I change my mind my conditions must change too – my body must change, my daily work or other activities must change; my home must change; the color – tone of my whole life must change – for whether I can be habitually happy and cheerful, or low – spirited and fearful , depends entirely on the quality of the mental food upon which I diet myself.”

“Emmet Fox wants me to be very clear about this, If I change my mind my conditions must change too. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds. So now I will see that my mental diet is really the most important thing in my whole life.”

Excerpts from the “ The Seven Day Mental Diet” by Emmet Fox

Today I Begin a New Life… Scroll Marked 1

End of Chapter One “The Greatest Salesman in the World”

Today I shed my old skin which hath, to long, suffered the bruises of failure and the wounds of mediocrity.

“Today I am born anew and my birthplace is a vineyard where there is fruit for all”

“Today I will pluck grapes of wisdom from the tallest and fullest vines in the vineyard, for these were planted by the wisest of my profession who have come before me, generation upon generation.”

“Today I savor the taste of grapes from these vines and verily I swallow the seed of success buried in each and new life sprouts from within me.”

The career I have chosen is laden with opportunity yet it is fraught with heartbreak and despair and the bodies of those who have failed.

“Yet I will not fail, as others, for in my hands I now hold the charts which guide me through perilous waters to shores which only yesterday seemed but a dream.”

Nature has already supplied me with knowledge and instinct far greater than any beast in the forest.

Only principles endure and these I now possess, for the laws that lead me to greatness are contained in the words of these scrolls. What they teach me is more to prevent failure than to gain success.

In truth, the only difference between those who have failed and those who have succeeded lies in the difference of their habits.

Thus, the first law I obey, which proceedith all others is I form good habits and become their slave.

And how is it I accomplish this difficult feat?

For it is another of nature’s laws that only a habit can subdue another habit.

I must discipline myself with the first of my new habit’s which is as follows: I read each scroll for 30 days in this prescribed manner, before I proceed to the next scroll.

As I repeat the words daily they soon become part of my active mind, but more important they also seep into my other mind, that mysterious source which never sleeps, which creates my dreams , and often makes me act in ways I do not comprehend.

Thus a new good habit is born through repetition
When I preform it often it becomes a habit and I become it’s slave and since it is a good habit this is my will.

Thousands of grapes are pressed to fill one jar with wine, and the grape skin and pulp are tossed to the birds. So it is with these grapes of wisdom from the ages. Much has been filtered and tossed to the wind.
Only the pure truth lies distilled in the words to come. I drink as instructed and spill not a drop and the seed of success I swallow.

Today my old skin has become as dust. I walk tall among men and they know me not, for today I am a new man, with a new life.

A Glimpse

Week 3

The information we are being exposed to is compelling, the question we must ask ourselves is what action will we take after our eyes have caught a glimpse of the possibilities that lie before us. The paragraphs that follow are but a teaser compared to what is actually possible.

Some men seem to attract success, power, wealth, attainment, with very little conscious effort; others conquer with great difficulty; still others fail altogether to reach their ambitions, desires and ideals. Why is this so? Why should some men realize their ambitions easily, others with difficulty, and still others not at all? The cause cannot be physical, else the most perfect men, physically, would be the most successful. The difference, therefore, must be mental – must be in the mind; hence mind must be the creative force, must constitute the sole difference between men. It is mind, therefore, which overcomes environment and every other obstacle in the path of men.

When the creative power of thought is fully understood, its effect will be seen to be marvelous. But such results cannot be secured without proper application, diligence, and concentration. The student will find that the laws governing in the mental and spiritual world are as fixed and infallible as in the material world. To secure the desired results, then, it is necessary to know the law and to comply with it. A proper compliance with the law will be found to produce the desired result with invariable exactitude. The student who learns that power comes from within, that he is weak only because he has depended on help from outside, and who unhesitatingly throws himself on his own thought, instantly rights himself, stands erect, assumes a dominant attitude, and works miracles.
Our mind has the ability to create whatever we ask of it.

Changing From The Inside Out

The Master Key Master Mind Alliance experience has been like nothing I have ever been part of.

It has been one of the most challenging experiences I have ever taken on, yet we have just begun!

Give some thought to the following,

“Some men seen to attract success, power, wealth, attainment, with very little conscious effort; others conquer with great difficulty; still others fail altogether to reach their ambitions, desires and ideals. It is mind, therefore, which overcomes environment and every other obstacle in the path of men.”

I have come to realize my subconscious is always at work, it functions from habitual beliefs that our mind accepts as truths. These accepted beliefs become our reality regardless of whether they are true or not. Once these accepted beliefs become our accepted reality they become our accepted truths and once they become accepted we begin to operate as though we are following a habitual path toward our perceived destination in life.
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t you’re probably right”

Once our beliefs are accepted by the subconscious as true, the subconscious will take action and set events in motion to give you what you, believe to be true.

Now comes the challenge, how do we change those beliefs and habits, so we can become the person we truly are and want to be?

Thanks for stopping by,
