Blog Week 16
Ever have one of those mornings where you wake up and immediately realize you should already be up but you don’t remember the alarm going off, yeah I thought so it’s happened to most of us at one time or another.
My old blueprint would have sent me into a downward spiral, blaming myself for not remembering to set the alarm clock and allowing it to impact the remainder of my day. My response to oversleeping during the construction period of my new blueprint has opened my eyes, I accepted it as nothing more than something that just happened, nothing more than making some adjustments to my daily flow. I am seeing and experiencing the changes, the chinks of armor are falling away it’s truly an amazing feeling and experience.
After getting ready I proceeded to my home office where I began my MKMMA read of lesson 16 before heading off to work. As I settled myself into my chair at my desk I had a thought, did I have time for my meditation? My immediate response was “Do it now “use the time you have available even if it’s just 10 to 15 minutes so that was the direction I took.
During my meditation, as I moved to a deeper level, I felt and saw every cell in my body vibrating with harmony it was as though my cells and state of harmony had been fine tuned and were working at maximum capacity. As I focused, a state of joy and happiness came over me, at this point I simply experienced the feeling for a little longer and completed my session.
My new emerging blueprint which is still under construction, provided a Non judgmental state, where I was able to use the resources I had for the best possible use, I used a shortened time resource, coupled with a powerful and meaningful meditation session and maintained my mental diet.
